Sidney is a licensed professional engineer (PE) with diverse experience in the heavy industrial engineering market. He started his career in project engineering at Nexus PMG, where he spent over four years supporting early-phase project development in the pulp and paper, densified biomass, power generation, specialty chemicals, bulk handling, and gasification industries. He has led project teams to complete key projects focusing on FEED package development. He specializes in delivering high-value work that leverages an understanding of the entire project life cycle. He is motivated to provide clients with top-of-the-line services, utilizing his passion for optimization and a desire to help bring the industry into a more sustainable future.
Sidney and Melina live in Easley, SC, and have found the upstate far too nice of a place to leave. Melina is working on completing her Master’s degree in English from Clemson University. In his free time, Sidney plays golf and occasionally convinces Melina to ride along for a couple of holes. He also enjoys reading less than he would like, playing too much tennis, and making a mess in the kitchen.
