GREENVILLE, South Carolina — Isomer Project Group is excited to announce that Laura Sagmiller has joined the team as a Project Manager. A licensed Professional Engineer (PE), Laura brings a wealth of experience in structural engineering and project leadership, having built her career with Fluor and Jacobs. After earning her degree from The Citadel, she began her journey in Fluor’s Government Group before transitioning to large-scale capital projects at Jacobs. Laura’s background spans both small and large capital projects, where she successfully led teams as a project lead and station manager. Her deep expertise in managing complex programs and delivering exceptional results has earned her the role of Design Manager for large capital efforts.

Before joining Isomer, Laura gained extensive experience in sectors such as Electric Vehicles, Energy & Chemicals, Consumer Goods & Manufacturing, Government Contracting, Nuclear, Mining & Metals, Pulp & Paper, Power, and Steel Industries. Her portfolio includes projects ranging from minor plant upgrades to billion-dollar capital efforts. A licensed professional engineer and certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Laura holds an active NCEES Record.

Her passion for delivering quality results, combined with her strong leadership and organizational abilities, make her a perfect fit for Isomer Project Group. Laura is dedicated to fostering high-performing teams and continuously seeks opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
