Isomer provided project management and construction oversight for an $8 million chemical manufacturing facility upgrade, including direct supervision of detailed design and construction bid process. The owner engaged Isomer halfway through detailed design to fill an immediate need as the owner’s project manager. Team members worked to identify and address critical project risks within the first three weeks of involvement while maintaining an active role in managing internal and external resources through detailed design. During the conclusion of detailed design, Isomer developed complete construction bid packages and led the technical bid process (scope development, pre-bid meeting, bid analysis, etc.). The team provided home office and onsite construction oversight to ensure a seamless transition from design to execution. The project is currently on schedule and within the expected cost of completion.
