Matt has been in the Engineering & Construction field, working across multiple industries for over 25 years. Employed by several large EPC firms and then Nexus PMG, his focus has been on project execution and operations management. His management and influence have contributed to the successful execution of many projects while internally advancing his company's interests and project team members along the way. Project execution experience, relationship building, common-sense business savvy, and strong communication skills are vital attributes that Matt provides his clients, project teams, and Isomer Project Group, where he is a co-founder of the company.
Matt and Sandy have three children, a dog named Bowman, and a cat named June. Sandy is the CEO of the Ninnemann household and keeps everyone straight. All five have deep Clemson roots. Matthew, Jr. is married to Katie, an elementary school teacher, and has a degree in computer engineering from Clemson. He works for Isomer in the Electrical and Controls group. Wills has a Clemson degree in Graphic Communications and works for Strategic Advisors as a junior graphic designer. Sally is currently attending Clemson and she will do great things in the working world one day too! They all live in Greenville, South Carolina, and are members of First Presbyterian Church. Matt enjoys doing anything with the family, relaxing by the fire on his back porch, procuring firewood, exercising the Big Green Egg, and Clemson sports - particularly football.
