David Bracewell

About David

David began his career as a process engineer after graduating with a degree in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Tech. After working as a plant engineer in a dissolving pulp mill, he moved into a design role with a technology vendor of nitric acid, ammonium nitrate, and urea plant equipment. Most recently, he served as a lead process engineer at Wood and has supported engineering and EPC projects over $300MM TIC. David maintains effective collaboration between project disciplines and clients to ensure successful project outcomes. He is passionate about process improvement and finding elegant solutions to complex problems. David was drawn to Isomer Project Group for the opportunity to work on projects that help address environmental issues using emerging technologies.

David and his wife, Bria, live in Beaufort, South Carolina. Bria homeschools their three young children, emphasizing being in and learning about nature. They are in the process of restoring a family house built in the mid-1800s. Like a typical engineer, David is most excited about the design of the structural, mechanical, and plumbing systems. Still, he and Bria also strongly desire to preserve and showcase as much of the house’s history as possible. In his free moments, David loves to look at other historic homes, walk along the marshland, and enjoy Beaufort’s many parades and festivals.
