About Megan

Megan began her career in the EPC space upon graduating from Mississippi State University. She has served as a process engineer for engineering and EPC projects in the pulp and paper, chemicals, and power industries. In addition, Megan’s work experience includes planning, scheduling, cost control, and project management. She is passionate about focusing on the details of projects, working efficiently, and delivering the best quality design to her clients.

Megan and Deryck have two young daughters. Deryck is a city police officer with a passion for helping others and being a light for the community. Their children can be found throwing toys all over the house, playing in the water, or spending time with their grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins. Megan enjoys soccer, board games, reality television, and spending time with family. The Solinas are members of Sharon Church, where they serve in the worship and children’s ministries.
